For the theme of food, I chose to look at the interconnectivity between People, Place and Food. I discovered that for many shops along Catford Broadway, owners took pride in their produce, selling foods from their countries of origin. For this project I interviewed photographer Stuart Freedman, author of The Englishman and the Eel.
